  • Proper 2D drawings with hole patterns & tolerances

  • Exploded views & assembly order (front / rear / 3WD)

  • Change log (Rev A → Rev B)

  • One source of truth: latest file wins; older stays archived

  • Name & version: HH-CC-####_PartName_RevA

  • Review tags: WIP, FIELD, RELEASE

  • Measure twice: critical holes list Ø, pitch, depth, tolerance
