Sif and Freya at Mimers Well

Not every problem need to be solved

Mimir’s silent face above the forest well, keeper of wisdom and memory.

One draught from the Well cost Odin his eye — for wisdom is never given, only paid for.

When Sif and Freya come to Mimir’s Well, they did not ask for power.

They poured compassion and patience into the water, so that knowledge would never lose its heart.

Sif keeps the balance — she listens to the soil before it speaks.
Freya weaves the bonds — she hears the silence between words.

Together they remind the makers and the wanderers:

That strength without gentleness breaks, and wisdom without care turns cold.

Through them, the Well stays alive.

Every drop still carries both courage and kindness — and every Handimover made since bears their quiet mark.
